Born in 2019 from the merger of Europages and WLW, Visable offers online visibility for B2B companies, through a database of more than 3 million companies or visibility on search engines.
The company employs over 400 people and has a presence across Europe with several offices in Germany and France. They have recruited 20 people in the last 9 months in France alone to support the group's growth objectives.
Visable's main challenge was to manage this growth phase by ensuring recruitment: internal organization, support and training of teams.
Before the implementation of Pyla, they had an excel file filled in by the team managers, which was circulated in the company to complete the list of resources to be allocated to the employee: which software does this employee need? which computer? does he need a badge? This file was then transcribed by IT into a Jira ticket.

The employee's information is now centralized in the platform. Each new employee is associated with a team, and a list of resources is automatically proposed according to his or her profile. Requests are automatically sent to all resource managers: IT for hardware and certain software, and the business units for their own software.

Requests related to hardware therefore start in Pyla, and then IT uses Baramundi to allocate computers and install software packages. The summary of tasks by asset or by collaborator in Pyla allows IT to anticipate this.
