We're looking for our first BDRs! A unique opportunity to take part in the structuring of a fast-growing SaaS startup, working closely with the CEO.

The position

Placed at the beginning of the sales cycle, the Business Development Representative's (or BDR) main mission is to create a first point of contact and engagement with prospects. It has a direct impact on the company's growth. As a BDR, you generate qualified leads and work hand-in-hand with the CEO. Your targets are mainly CIOs, but also CFOs, HR managers and CEOs inthe French SME/ETI market (companies with between 100 and 5,000 employees).

Our main mission at Pyla is to have high value-added conversations with our prospects, and to find business opportunities that make sense.

This BDR role is a perfect opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business and develop a unique consultative expertise that will position you for excellent development opportunities within the Marketing, Sales or Customer Success team.

You work directly with the Marketing and Customer Success teams.

About Pyla

Pyla publishes a SaaS solution for IT teams. The software enables HR, Managers, General Services and IT to coordinate the allocation/withdrawal of hardware, software, badges, etc. throughout the employee lifecycle, i.e. on arrival and departure, as well as during job changes, long-term leave, etc.

‍Missions

  • Analyze the market and identify priority segments to address
  • Define prospecting strategies based on lists of companies and contacts by cross-referencing data from different sources: Linkedin Sales Navigator, Hubspot
  • Creatively engage C-Levels: recommendations, partners, calling/emailing
  • Qualify and understand the prospect's needs to demonstrate an interest in Pyla
  • Obtain qualified appointments for the Sales team with whom you work closely
  • Maintain a quality relationship with our various leads via reminders, personalized and creative messages to increase our prospects' interest in our solutions.
  • Monitor ongoing negotiations with the Sales team
  • Monitor performance via weekly targets

Profile required

  • First professional experience in a similar position required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (French) to address C-levels
  • Self-confidence and resilience are essential for success
  • Military-grade personal organization (!)
  • Curiosity and drive to take initiative and become an expert
  • Experience in the tech sector, software publishing, SaaS mode is a plus
  • Advanced use of Excel or an ETL such as Talend Data Studio is a plus
