Moving away from a manual, multi-site management approach
Founded in 1929, CTN France is a leading accounting firm serving more than 2,500 clients. With approximately 100 employees spread across several offices, the coordination of personnel changes (onboarding and offboarding) relied on a manual process (emails, phone calls, and disparate Excel files).
This complex structure led to several points of friction:
- Lack of traceability: difficulty in determining exactly "who has what" (post-COVID remote work equipment, access badges, software licenses).
- Critical lead time: IT was often notified at the last minute with incomplete information, delaying the new hires' ability to become operational.
- Security risks during offboarding: without a reliable system of records, retrieving hardware and revoking software access became a challenge.

The Pyla Solution
A resource catalog as a key reference
To address the shortage of IT professionals and structure its growth, CTN France has decided to establish two digital pillars: an HRIS for employee data and Pyla for employee resource/asset data.
A quick implementation
Implementation was quick, with benefits evident as early as the first month of use. The project made it possible to:
- Centralize the resource allocation matrix: consolidate Excel files into a single resource catalog (Hardware, Payroll Software, Furniture).
- Involving managers: The workflow starts in HR, goes to the manager for approval or adjustments, and then automatically triggers tasks for the administrators.
- Integrating into the IT ecosystem: Pyla complements existing tools such as Azure AD (identities), GLPI, and OCS (inventory) to ensure full traceability.
