The position

We're looking for our Junior Marketing Manager to drive the acquisition and conversion of new leads for Pyla. A unique opportunity to participate in the structuring of a fast-growing SaaS startup! Working closely with the CEO, you'll be in charge of activating and scoring acquisition levers for inbound marketing (lead scoring/marketing automation), growth (outbound) and onsite (events), as well as optimizing the conversion rate across all actions.

About Pyla

Pyla publishes a SaaS solution for IT teams. The software enables HR, Managers, General Services and IT to coordinate the allocation/withdrawal of hardware, software, badges, etc. throughout the employee lifecycle, i.e. on arrival and departure, as well as during job changes, long-term leave, etc.

Missions

Marketing strategy and structuring

- Definition of a marketing playbook: personas, market players, positioning...,

- CRM management: data segmentation and enrichment, optimization of marketing/sales processes, CRM data quality monitoring,

- CMS/showcase site management: management of site optimization, visitor experience and conversion, and corporate content (page creation and updates),

- Integration of an optimized technical marketing stack (implementation, connections, etc.),

- Support teams in creating and updating marketing materials.

Activation of marketing acquisition levers

- Setting up an inbound/marketing automation structure: scenarios, workflow, forms, landing pages, lead tracking/scoring, automated e-mails,

- Copywriting and design of SEO content (blog) and downloadable content (CTA),

- Management of paid and organic communication: launch of Google Ads/Linkedin Ads campaigns and organic animation of accounts to encourage growth in the subscriber community,

- Implementation of personalized e-mail sequencing (growth management),

- Setting up regular themed on line/on site actions (webinars, masterclasses, demo workshops, etc.),

- Steering marketing performance (KPIs) and managing conversion tracking with the sales team (lifecycle, opportunities).

Profile

  • You have a degree in marketing (Bac +3 to 5),
  • You have initial experience in a similar B2B marketing position (excluding internships),
  • Technical knowledge: CRM, marketing automation (Hubspot) and CMS (Webflow),
  • Digital skills: SEO/SEA management, Linkedin Ads campaign management,
  • Graphic skills: visual creations (Figma, Canva or Adobe suite),
  • Solid writing skills and a flair for creativity,
  • We're looking for a "pirate or Sioux 😊" profile who likes to find alternatives to problems encountered, is curious, learns fast and is able to deliver quickly. Responsible for your objectives, you're proactive, have a structured way of working and are comfortable working independently,
  • You are bilingual in French and English,
  • Experience in the tech sector, software publishing, SaaS mode is a plus.
